Vancouver, Canada — August 20, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Blende Silver Corp. (TSX.V: BAG) announced today a non-brokered private placement aimed at raising up to $2,500,000 through the issuance of both Flow-Through and Non-Flow-Through units. The proposed Offering includes the potential issuance of up to 6,000,000 Flow-Through units priced at $0.25 each and up to 5,000,000 Non-Flow-Through units at $0.20 per unit.

Each unit, regardless of type, will comprise one common share of the Company and one common share purchase warrant. Importantly, all warrants issued under this offering will be designated as Non-Flow-Through securities.

Proceeds generated from the sale of Flow-Through units are specifically earmarked for incurring eligible Canadian exploration expenses that qualify as flow-through mining expenditures, as defined under the Income Tax Act (Canada). These expenditures will be directed towards the Company’s Blende property. Blende Silver Corp. intends to renounce these expenses to the subscribers of the Flow-Through units, with an effective date no later than December 31, 2026.

The funds raised from the Non-Flow-Through units will be utilized for the advancement of the Blende property and general working capital requirements of the Company. The Offering remains contingent upon obtaining approval from the TSX Venture Exchange.

All securities issued in connection with the Offering will be subject to a statutory hold period of four months and one day, as per applicable Canadian securities legislation. The Company may also pay finder’s fees in relation to the Offering, in adherence to the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange. Insiders of Blende Silver Corp. are also eligible to participate in this private placement.

Blende Silver Corp. is a junior resource company headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, with its primary focus on the exploration and development of its flagship Blende Project, a 100%-owned silver-zinc-lead property located in north-central Yukon. The project is characterized by a carbonate-hosted Ag-Zn-Pb mineral resource, previously described in scientific literature as the largest of its kind in Yukon. The property spans 5,345 hectares and is accessible via winter road, situated approximately 63 kilometers northeast of Keno Hill, Yukon.

The Blende property is situated within the Keno Hill silver district, recognized as one of Canada's historically significant high-grade silver producing regions. Past exploration on the property, including more than $9.2 million in expenditures ($5.2 million by Blende Silver) and 25,195 meters of drilling across 132 holes, has identified prospective areas for further exploration. Review of historical and recent data has highlighted potential zones to the west, north, and east-southeast of the currently defined resource areas.
