Germanium Mining Corp. Announces Application for Management Cease Trade Order Due to Filing Delay

Vancouver, British Columbia — July 31, 2025 — Leads & Copy — Germanium Mining Corp. (CSE: GMC; OTCQB: EMSKF; FSE: 1I30) has applied to the British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC) for a Management Cease Trade Order (MCTO) under National Policy 12-203 due to an anticipated delay in filing its annual financial statements for the period ended March 31st, 2025. The delay was attributed to funding issues, but the audit is now complete, and the company expects to file by August 30th, 2025.

If granted, the MCTO will restrict trading by the CEO, CFO, and other insiders until the filings are complete, but will not affect other shareholders. The company intends to issue bi-weekly default status reports and confirms it is not subject to insolvency proceedings.
