Lancaster, PA — August 7, 2025 — Leads & Copy — Field of Screams, a haunted attraction in Lancaster County, is celebrating its 33rd season this fall. Founded in 1993 by brothers Gene and Jim Schopf, the attraction features four full-scale attractions: the Haunted Hayride, the Den of Darkness, the Frightmare Asylum, and the Nocturnal Wasteland. New attractions and scenes are in place for the 2025 season, with tickets and details available at www.fieldofscreams.com.
Gene Schopf, co-founder of Field of Screams, noted the company did not set out to be the biggest or best but to build something memorable.
Jim Schopf said that many team members started as teenagers and bring their own kids to help out now, emphasizing the community aspect.
