Ashley Gold Corp. Announces Assay Update Highlighting Gold Mineralization Continuity

CALGARY, ALBERTA — September 8, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Ashley Gold Corp. (CSE: ASHL) announced assay results from its Phase II drilling program, confirming gold mineralization between previously identified zones and highlighting a significant step towards unifying the Tak zones. One notable intercept from an exploratory hole, drilled to target depth extensions of historically worked trenches, returned 9.560 g/t Au over 0.50 meters at 30.75 meters downhole.

The company reported that this exploratory hole was successful in demonstrating continuity from historic trenches to depth, and importantly, from the 67Z zone. Bleached alteration consistent with elevated gold values in the 67Z was observed approximately 150 meters east of the zone, a significant development for the company.

Ashley Gold Corp. also noted that one Phase II hole and seven Phase III holes are still pending results. The results from hole TAK-26-06 are setting the stage for a planned Phase IV step-out program aimed at extending the mineralized horizon from the 67Z zone eastward. Drilling orientation in the TAK-26-06 pad area will be modified to encompass recently identified surface trends.

President Noah Komavli stated that the company maintains a 100% hit rate of gold values above standard industry cut-offs. He added that the successful hole highlights a level of continuity not only from the trenches to depth but also from the 67Z zone, marking a significant step towards unifying the Tak zones into a single continuous mineralized body.

CEO Darcy Christian commented that this hole represents the first drilled between the 67 and 99Z zones, confirming gold mineralization between known occurrences. He further noted that additional veins and trenches were located after the spring thaw, suggesting further alteration and mineralization not yet reflected in this hole. Future drill collar locations and orientations will be optimized to thoroughly test the entire zone.

The final Phase II results, including hole TAK-26-06, were submitted to ActLabs in Dryden during late July and early August 2026. Core visuals were previously shared with the market on August 13, 2026, along with commentary on surrounding surface exposure.

The Tak Project is situated northeast of the Goliath Gold Complex. The Tak Patents have seen intermittent exploration since the early 1900s, with historical involvement from companies like Lac Minerals and Cominco. Prior to Ashley Gold Corp.'s acquisition in 2026, only 11 historic holes were recorded from operators in 1999 and 2002.

In 2026, Ashley Gold Corp. commissioned the first modern IP survey on the property, which identified a +1km resistive body. The company engaged 518 Drilling Ltd. to commence exploration, leading to the emergence of three high-priority zones: D99Z, 67Z, and the Northern Trench Zone (NTZ).

Ashley Gold Corp. is a Canadian mineral exploration company focused on acquiring and developing gold and polymetallic deposits in Canada. Its flagship assets are located in the Dryden Area of Ontario and in British Columbia.
