Stearman Resources Acquires 100% Interest in Zoo Bay Uranium Property
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA — September 12, 2025 — Leads & Copy — Stearman Resources Inc. (CSE:STMN) has acquired 100% of 1477571 BC Ltd., which owns a 100% interest in the Zoo Bay Uranium Property, consisting of 15 mineral claims covering 19,850 hectares in the Athabasca Basin, Saskatchewan.
Stearman issued 7,500,000 common shares at $0.085 per share for all shares of 1477571. The securities are subject to a four-month hold period. The Zoo Bay Property is located on the erosional edge of the Athabasca Basin, favorable for uranium exploration.
Orano Canada Inc. has acquired claims bordering the Property's north and east. CanAlaska Uranium Ltd. recently staked 30 claims on the east and south sides of the Zoo Bay Property, while Atha Energy Corp. holds a large land position on the northwest side.
Stearman is focused on acquiring, exploring, and developing mineral properties in Canada and the USA. The Company also owns the NeoCore Uranium Property and holds an option for the Murphy Lake Uranium Property, both located in the Athabasca Basin.
