Stellar AfricaGold Advances Tichka Est Gold Project with Integrated Technical Program

Vancouver, British Columbia — April 23, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Stellar AfricaGold Inc. is advancing its Tichka Est Gold Project in Morocco through an integrated technical program and has identified a high-grade rock sample. The sample returned 218.33 g/t Au from discontinuous quartz veins between Zones A and B.

The company's exploration program aims to refine drill targeting and enhance geological understanding across three priority zones: A, B, and C. The technical program combines 3D geological modeling, structural analysis, remote sensing, and geochemistry.

Stellar is also conducting a drone topographic survey to improve 3D model accuracy and plan its upcoming drill campaign. The company has engaged Viridien Group (UK) for advanced hyperspectral and remote sensing interpretation and appointed Arethuse Geology (France) to lead structural analysis and support the 3D geological model’s development.

Stellar AfricaGold is collaborating with Mohammed VI Polytechnic University (“UM6P”) for core scanning, analytical workflows, and advanced geoscience studies. The program is designed to refine targeting before a planned 5,000-meter drill campaign.

Following its initial drilling campaign, Stellar launched an integrated technical program to consolidate available datasets into a geological and structural framework. The program uses internal expertise and external partners for remote sensing, structural geology, and academic collaboration.

Remote sensing by Viridien will provide high-resolution spectral and structural interpretation to delineate lithological variability, alteration footprints, and regional structural architecture. Arethuse Geology will focus on structural framework refinement and 3D geological model integration.

The collaboration with UM6P involves deploying core scanning technologies and supporting analytical workflows, data processing, and research integration.

Core components of the program include 3D litho-structural modeling, field validation, multi-scale remote sensing analysis, multi-element geochemical analysis, and database validation.

The integrated approach aims to enhance the understanding of structural controls on gold mineralization and support the identification of high-priority drill targets across Zones A, B, and C.

In addition to the high-grade rock sample, other selective rock samples were collected across Zones A, C, and the corridor between Zone A and B. The high-grade sample indicates gold mineralization outside Zone B and within the corridor between Zones A and B.

Stellar has commissioned a high-resolution drone-based topographic survey over approximately 6.5 km² of priority drill areas within the Tichka Est Project. The survey, conducted at a low altitude of approximately 120 m, will generate high-resolution terrain data.

The survey includes aerial acquisition, data processing, and quality control, producing high-resolution orthophotography, Digital Terrain and Surface Models, 3D point cloud datasets, topographic contours, and georeferenced datasets supporting drillhole collar positioning and field integration.

The ongoing technical program is designed to refine the geological and structural model, identify and prioritize mineralized corridors, and define drill-ready targets for the planned 5,000-metre diamond drilling campaign.

Rock samples were collected by Stellar’s geologists. Sample preparation and gold assaying were performed by Afrilab in Marrakech, an ISO-certified laboratory. Gold assays were performed using 50 g fire assay with an atomic absorption spectroscopy finish, with over-limit assays re-assayed with gravimetric finish.

The Tichka Est Gold Project comprises seven permits covering approximately 82 km² in the High Atlas region of Morocco. Stellar can earn an 85% interest by incurring exploration expenditures totaling US$2.39M (C$3.5M) over three years under an agreement with Morocco’s National Office for Hydrocarbons and Mining (ONHYM).

Exploration has identified three gold-bearing zones (Zones A, B, and C), with Zone B being the most advanced following recent drilling. Gold mineralization is associated with structurally controlled systems linked to diorite intrusions and carbonate host rocks.

Stellar AfricaGold Inc. is focused on North and West Africa, with programs in Morocco and Côte d’Ivoire. Its principal exploration projects are the Tichka Est Gold Project in Morocco and the Zuénoula Gold Project in Côte d’Ivoire, in joint venture with MetalsGrove Mining Ltd subsidiary, MetalsGrove CDI Pty Ltd.

The Company is listed on the TSX Venture Exchange (TSX.V: SPX), the Tradegate Exchange (TGAT: 6YP), and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (FSX: 6YP).
