Vancouver, BC — June 3, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Cariboo Rose Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: CRB) has issued a correction regarding finder's fees paid in connection with its recent non-brokered private placement, which raised total proceeds of $735,500.02. The correction clarifies a discrepancy in the amount paid to Leede Financial Inc.

Previously reported as $5,950, Leede Financial Inc. was actually paid $5,250 in finder's fees. This adjustment affects the total cash finder's fees disbursed by the company.

The total cash finder's fees paid for the private placement were distributed as follows: $3,500 to Raymond James Ltd. of Vancouver, B.C.; $7,000 to Research Capital Corporation of Vancouver, B.C.; and the corrected amount of $5,250 to Leede Financial Inc. of Vancouver, B.C.

All other details previously announced in the news release dated June 1, 2026, pertaining to the private placement, remain unchanged.
