Enerev5 Metals Inc. Appoints New Auditor
Toronto, Ontario — September 4, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Enerev5 Metals Inc. has appointed McGovern Hurley, LLP as its new auditor, effective September 3, 2026. The company’s former auditor, RSM, LLP, resigned on the same date. The board of directors of Enerev5 Metals Inc. subsequently appointed McGovern Hurley, LLP to serve as the auditor until the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
Enerev5 Metals Inc. confirmed that there were no modified opinions in the Former Auditor's reports for the two most recently completed financial years or any subsequent period for which an audit report was issued. Both the Company's board of directors and its audit committee approved the resignation of RSM, LLP and the appointment of McGovern Hurley, LLP. There were no reportable events, as defined in National Instrument 51-102, in connection with RSM, LLP's audit of the Company prior to their resignation.
The Notice of Change of Auditor was approved by Enerev5 Metals Inc.'s board of directors. In accordance with National Instrument 51-102, the Notice of Change of Auditor, along with required letters from both the Former Auditor and the Successor Auditor, were reviewed by the audit committee and the board of directors, and have been filed on SEDAR.
