Kirkstone Metals Responds to Promotional Activity

November 29, 2025 — Kirkstone Metals Corp. (TSXV:KSM, FWB:VO0) has issued an update at the request of the British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC) regarding promotional activities by third parties. The company is not involved in these promotions and has verified that its directors, officers, consultants, and advisors are also not involved.

The promotional activities reference Kirkstone Metals Corp. and its assets and operations in third-party editorials and advertisements published through entities called “The Daily Herald” and “Stock Market News.”

The company clarifies that it is not involved in these promotions and has not retained any third-party service providers to engage in promotional activity. Kirkstone Metals Corp. has verified that its directors, officers, consultants, and advisors are also not involved in the promotions.

The promotions refer to historical mineral reserves or exploration results on mineral properties adjacent to assets controlled by Kirkstone, as well as intended exploration and development of the Gorilla Lake Uranium Property.

Kirkstone reminds readers that current mineral resources have not been identified on any of its projects in the Athabasca basin. Historical exploration results on adjacent projects are not necessarily indicative of similar results on Kirkstone's projects.

The company states that references in the promotions to historical mineral reserves are not compliant with National Instrument 43-101 and should not be relied upon. The company has not yet identified a timeline for completion of the next phase of exploration at the Gorilla Lake Uranium Property.

The promotions also mention a potential secondary stock exchange listing in Asia. Kirkstone is evaluating a potential listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX) and the Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE). However, there is no assurance that a secondary listing will be completed, as any such process remains subject to regulatory review, due diligence, and the company’s ability to satisfy the applicable exchange’s listing qualifications and disclosure standards.

The company has not made a final decision to proceed with a listing, nor has it filed an application to list on any additional stock exchange and may elect not to pursue a secondary listing at any time.
