Steadright Critical Minerals Inc. CEO and CFO Subject to Management Cease Trade Order

July 31, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Steadright Critical Minerals Inc. (CSE: SCM) announced that its principal regulator, the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC), has issued a Management Cease Trade Order (MCTO) against the company's Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer. This order was issued on July 30, 2026, following the Corporation's application related to a delay in filing its audited annual financial statements, management's discussion and analysis, and officer certifications for the year ended March 31, 2026. These filings were due by July 29, 2026.

The MCTO prohibits the CEO and CFO from trading the Corporation's securities for as long as the Annual Financial Filings remain outstanding. However, the issuance of this order does not impact the ability of other shareholders to trade their securities in the Corporation. Steadright management is actively working to finalize these filings and anticipates submitting them on or about September 28, 2026.

Steadright intends to comply with the alternative information guidelines under National Policy 12-203, which includes releasing bi-weekly default status reports until the Annual Financial Filings are completed. The Corporation has confirmed that there are no other material changes or undisclosed defaults.
