Generation Uranium Announces Conditional Approval for CSE Listing and Voluntary Delisting from TSXV

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA — July 17, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Generation Uranium Inc. (TSXV: GEN, OTCQB: GENRF, FRA: W85), a Canadian exploration company, announced today it has received conditional approval to list its common shares on the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE) and has applied to voluntarily delist from the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV). This strategic move aims to leverage the CSE's lower fee structure, allowing the company to dedicate more resources to exploring its mining properties.

The proposed listing on the CSE is contingent on several conditions, including the TSXV's acceptance of the delisting application and the CSE's final approval of the listing application. Generation Uranium anticipates the delisting from the TSXV will become effective around July 23, 2026, with trading on the CSE commencing on or about July 24, 2026. The company plans to issue a subsequent news release to confirm these effective dates.

Upon listing on the CSE, the shares will trade under the symbol “GEN.” The company's shares will continue to be quoted on the OTCQB Venture Market under the symbol “GENRF” and remain listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under the symbol “W85.”

In conjunction with this transition, Generation Uranium has decided not to proceed with its previously announced non-brokered private placement of up to 4,444,444 flow-through Shares at $0.09 per share, for aggregate gross proceeds up to $400,000, while still listed on the TSXV. Instead, the company intends to complete this offering, on the same terms announced in its news releases dated July 3, 2026, and July 9, 2026, following the CSE listing. The closing of this offering is subject to CSE policies, applicable securities laws, and is conditional upon the completion of the listing. There can be no assurance that the offering will be completed as planned or at all.

All securities issued in connection with the offering will be subject to a statutory four-month-and-one-day hold period from the date of issuance, in accordance with Canadian securities laws, and a concurrent four-month hold imposed by the CSE.

Generation Uranium is focused on advancing high-quality uranium assets in premier jurisdictions. Its flagship Yath Project is located in Nunavut’s Angilak district. Historical exploration at the Yath Project has reported surface samples assaying up to 9.8% U₃O₈ and a drill intersection of 1.0 meter grading 0.224% U₃O₈ from 25.5 meters in drillhole BOG-8-80. The company believes its portfolio of high-priority targets in a well-understood uranium district positions it to contribute to the global supply of clean nuclear energy.
