Grounded People Apparel Clarifies Past Disclosures Following B.C. Securities Review

The company retracted sales order disclosures from an August 2, 2024, release, acknowledging a lack of balance and context. Additionally, it noted a May 29, 2024, release omitted the grant of 20,000 stock options to then-CFO Geoff Balderson and 60,000 options to other Amalfi Corporate Services employees.

Grounded People also filed an amended Management’s Discussion and Analysis for the year ended February 29, 2024, providing further disclosure on revenue royalties, results of operations, related party transactions, key management compensation, and subsequent events.
