St-Georges Eco-Mining Announces AGM Date, Project Updates, and Warrant Extension

Montréal, September 12, 2025 — Leads & Copy — St-Georges Eco-Mining Corp. has announced its Annual General Meeting of shareholders will be held on December 12, 2025, at 1 p.m. EDT at Suite 2700, 1000 rue Sherbrooke West in Montréal, Québec. The meeting will be in a hybrid format, allowing shareholders to attend either in person or virtually.

Management is conducting surface sampling and fieldwork on the Julie and Manicouagan Critical Minerals Projects in September and October to validate new geological models. Newly identified target zones will be visited and sampled to confirm their potential.

CEO Herb Duerr, accompanied by a senior geologist and a water expert geologist, will visit the Thormodsdalur and Elbow Creek Gold Projects in Iceland in September for geological assessments and meetings with local community representatives.

The company also announced an extension to the validity of certain warrants. Warrants issued to 11 subscribers on September 14, 2023 (6,255,000) will have a new expiry date of March 14, 2027, with an exercise price of $0.15. Warrants issued to 15 subscribers on October 31, 2023 (3,500,000) will have a new expiry date of April 30, 2027, with an exercise price of $0.15.
