CHARBONE Announces Participation in Hydrogen East Conference and Atlantic Canada Hub Development

Brossard, Quebec — March 12, 2026 — Leads & Copy — CHARBONE CORPORATION (TSXV: CH; OTCQB: CHHYF; FSE: K47) has announced its participation in the Hydrogen East conference on April 13, 2026, and the development of a supply hub for Ultra High Purity (“UHP”) hydrogen and strategic specialty gases in the Atlantic Canada market (“Atlantic Hub”).

The Atlantic Hub will be managed by CHARBONE Nova Scotia Inc., a subsidiary of CHARBONE. The hub is expected to be operational by June 2026.

The Atlantic Hub will function as a physical facility for local storage and regional distribution, ensuring a supply of hydrogen for industrial users in the defense, advanced manufacturing, mobility, and energy infrastructure sectors.

The initiative is part of CHARBONE's strategy to establish a network of hubs for the production, storage, and distribution of hydrogen and strategic industrial gases in North America.

CHARBONE has been active in the Atlantic region for over three years, developing knowledge of the Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Prince Edward Island markets. The company has worked on initiatives with potential clients and partners in areas such as port infrastructure, Canadian Navy shipyards and facilities, the automotive component supply chain, utility and energy companies, research and development companies, and advanced zero-emission transportation solutions.

The "hub-and-spoke" model is a part of CHARBONE's plan to deploy a network of hydrogen and strategic industrial gas supply hubs across Canada and the United States, supporting regional markets through local storage, logistics, and distribution.
