CORPORATION CHARBONE to Participate in Hydrogen East Conference and Develop Atlantic Supply Hub
Brossard, Quebec — March 12, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Corporation Charbone (TSXV: CH; OTCQB: CHHYF; FSE: K47) is participating in the Hydrogen East conference on April 13, 2026, and is developing a supply hub dedicated to Ultra High Purity (UHP) hydrogen and strategic industrial gases in the Atlantic Canada market (Atlantic Hub).
The future Atlantic Hub, managed by its subsidiary Charbone Nova Scotia Inc., will be operational by June 2026. It will serve as a physical installation dedicated to local storage and regional distribution, ensuring a reliable and flexible supply of hydrogen for industrial users, including the defense, advanced manufacturing, mobility, and energy infrastructure sectors.
This initiative marks a step in Charbone’s strategy to establish an integrated network of production, storage, and distribution hubs for hydrogen and strategic industrial gases in North America.
Charbone has been active in the Atlantic region for over three years and has developed knowledge of the markets in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Prince Edward Island. They have been working on initiatives with potential clients and partners in port infrastructure, shipyards and Canadian Navy facilities, automotive component supply chains, utility and energy companies, research and development companies, and zero-emission advanced transportation solutions.
The hub-and-spoke model is a pillar of Charbone's strategy to gradually deploy a network of supply hubs for hydrogen and strategic industrial gases across Canada and the United States, supporting regional markets with local storage, logistics, and distribution capabilities.
“The Atlantic Canada region represents a strategic market for Charbone, due to the presence of high-quality infrastructure, large industrial users, and energy transition initiatives,” said Dave B. Gagnon, CEO of Charbone. The company anticipates that this hub will play a structuring role in the development of its future North American hydrogen logistics platform.
