Redwood AI to Participate in AI Panel at Maxim Growth Summit, Grants Equity Awards

The summit is scheduled to take place from October 12 to 14, 2026, at the Hard Rock Hotel in New York City.
Redwood's Chief Executive Officer, Louis Dron, is slated to participate in the panel from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. EDT. All granted securities are subject to resale and transfer restrictions in accordance with applicable securities laws and stock exchange policies, and will be subject to a four-month and one-day hold period from their issuance date.
