Avrupa Minerals' Joint Venture Acquires New Exploration Permit Near Pyhäsalmi Mine

August 20, 2025 — Leads & Copy — Avrupa Minerals Ltd.'s joint venture, Akkerman Finland Oy (AFOy), has acquired a second exploration permit near the Pyhäsalmi Mine in Finland. AFOy, a partnership between Avrupa and Akkerman Exploration bv, now holds six copper-zinc and one gold exploration permit in the region.

The new Lippikylä permit, acquired from Inmet Finland Oy, covers 2.4 square kilometers south of the Pyhäsalmi Mine. The agreement allows AFOy to conduct exploration work, with potential for partnering with Pyhäsalmi Mine Oy at later stages.

IFO acquired the license in Q4 2024 to follow up on gravity anomalies, testing one with a drill hole in Q1 2025 that revealed mineralized horizons. AFOy is reviewing historic data and core samples to plan follow-up drilling on the Lippikylä and Lehto permits.
