King Global Ventures Appoints New Auditor and Enters Consulting Agreement
Vancouver, British Columbia — October 2, 2025 — Leads & Copy — King Global Ventures Inc. (CSE:KING) (OTC: KGLDF) (FSE: 5LM1) has appointed Davidson & Co. LLP as its new auditor, effective until the next annual meeting of shareholders.
The appointment, approved by the board of directors and the audit committee, will be put to a shareholder vote at the annual meeting.
Saturna Group Chartered Professional Accountants LLP, the former auditor, resigned on September 29, 2025. Their reports for the fiscal years ended December 31, 2023, and December 31, 2024, contained no modified opinions.
King Global's reporting package, including the notice of change of auditor and letters from both the Predecessor Auditor and Successor Auditor, will be available on the company’s SEDAR+ profile.
The company also announced a consulting agreement with David Reavis, who has been retained for 12 months and granted 100,000 options at $0.85 for a two-year period, vesting 25% every three months.
King Global Ventures focuses on the exploration of precious and base metals in North America. Its Black Canyon Project in Yavapai County, Arizona, covers 4,000 acres and includes 15 former operating mines. The Mikwam Gold Property is located in Noseworthy Township, northeastern Ontario.
