Canadian Uranium Corp. to Acquire Impact Uranium Group

Vancouver, British Columbia — March 11, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Canadian Uranium Corp. will acquire Impact Uranium Group Ltd., restructuring a previously announced agreement to acquire an option on the King South property in Saskatchewan.

Canadian Uranium Corp. (CSE: CANU) will acquire all of Impact’s outstanding shares. In exchange for each Impact share, Canadian Uranium will issue one common share.

Impact Uranium will then operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Canadian Uranium Corp.

The King South property is located in Saskatchewan’s Western Mineral Tenure Zone (WMTZ), within the eastern Athabasca region. The area hosts uranium deposits including Cigar Lake, McArthur River, Key Lake, Collins Bay, and Eagle Point. The project is adjacent to exploration ground controlled by Fission 3.0 and Cameco.

Closing of the transaction is subject to necessary consents, approvals, and authorizations, including acceptance by the CSE, and other customary conditions.
