Global Energy Metals Highlights Seven Prominent Radiometric Anomalies at Charlot-Neely Lake Uranium Project

VANCOUVER, BC – September 8, 2026 – Leads & Copy – Global Energy Metals Corporation (GEMC) announced the identification of seven prominent radiometric anomalies from preliminary airborne geophysical data collected over the Charlot-Neely Lake uranium project in northern Saskatchewan. These anomalies suggest significant exploration potential within the project area, over which Global Energy Metals holds a 0.5% Net Smelter Return (NSR) royalty.

The Charlot-Neely Lake project is part of Terra North Resources Corp.'s 594 km² Saskatchewan uranium portfolio. Terra Balcanica Resources Corp. (CSE: TERA), which holds a 39.5% equity interest in Terra North, announced the preliminary findings.

Seven prominent uranium-thorium radiometric anomalies were detected from initial north-south tie-line data during an ongoing 2,441 line-kilometre high-resolution airborne radiometric and magnetic survey. This survey is covering approximately 163.7 km² of the project area. One of the strongest preliminary radiometric responses is located north of Neely Lake, an area known for uranium-bearing outcrops grading up to 0.8% U₃O₈.

The preliminary anomalies were identified from widely spaced tie lines. Higher resolution data is expected from the principal east-west flight lines, which will complete the radiometric dataset. Terra North plans to process and interpret the full dataset to define ground-truthing and drill targets.

Global Energy Metals' 0.5% NSR royalty provides shareholders exposure to potential exploration success without direct funding of exploration programs. Smith highlighted that identifying seven prominent radiometric anomalies from initial tie-line data, before the completion and interpretation of higher-resolution flight lines, offers compelling areas for further investigation by Terra North. He added that this aligns with Global Energy Metals' royalty and project-generation strategy, allowing the company to capture value creation through partner-funded exploration.

The airborne program, conducted by Special Projects Inc., utilizes a gamma-ray spectrometer and high-resolution magnetic system. Preliminary data from the north-south tie lines has identified seven radiometric anomalies potentially related to uranium-bearing sources, with several responses occurring along northeast-southwest trending conductive features.

The survey is also collecting new magnetic information across Charlot-Neely Lake. Preliminary magnetic data has broadly differentiated two major geological domains separated by the Black Bay Fault, a significant regional structural feature extending approximately 20 strike-length kilometres through the project claims. The complete dataset is expected to aid Terra North in integrating historical uranium occurrences, structural geology, radiometric responses, and magnetic information for exploration prioritization.

Global Energy Metals' royalty exposure extends across Terra North's Saskatchewan uranium portfolio, including Charlot-Neely Lake, Fontaine Lake, Snowbird, and South Pendleton. This royalty covers approximately 594 km² of uranium-prospective claims in and around Saskatchewan’s Athabasca Basin. The company views the identification of prominent radiometric anomalies at Charlot-Neely Lake as an early demonstration of the value embedded in this royalty position.

Terra North holds an option to acquire a 100% interest in Charlot-Neely Lake from Fulcrum Metals Canada Ltd., a subsidiary of AIM listed Fulcrum Metals plc., subject to earning-in requirements. Charlot-Neely Lake is situated approximately 20 kilometres north of Uranium City, along the northwestern margin of Saskatchewan’s Athabasca Basin.

Historical exploration on the project claims has revealed approximately a dozen radiometric anomalies. These include reported rock-chip samples grading over 6% U₃O₈ and historical outcrop readings exceeding 13,000 counts per second. The property also encompasses about 20 strike-length kilometres of the Black Bay Fault. One of the strongest preliminary airborne survey anomalies identified is located north of Neely Lake, where historical outcrops of uranium mineralization grading up to 0.8% U₃O₈ have been reported.

The company cautions that radiometric anomalies are geophysical responses and not, in themselves, evidence of an economic uranium deposit. Further exploration, including ground investigation and potential drilling, will be necessary to determine their geological significance.
