Angkor Resources Corp. Subsidiary EnerCam Resources Deploys Seismic Program on Block VIII

GRANDE PRAIRIE, ALBERTA — May 28, 2025 — NewsWall — Angkor Resources Corp. (TSXV: ANK) reports that its subsidiary, EnerCam Resources Co. Ltd. (Cambodia), has deployed geoscientists and seismic contractor GeneSeis Company Limited Thailand to survey seismic lines for a 350-line kilometer program on Block VIII.

EnerCam's lead geoscientists completed a five-day scoping program of each planned seismic line with GeneSeis staff and EnerCam’s logistics team, identifying potential difficult zones in advance of seismic equipment being transported. The seismic data is intended to provide drill targets for oil and gas on Block VIII following interpretation.

Keith Edwards, Technical Manager of EnerCam, expressed excitement about using seismic to evaluate the hydrocarbon potential of Block VIII, noting that the first commercial onshore oil or gas discovery would be a game changer for Cambodia and Enercam Resources.

The teams covered over 1340 kilometers during the scouting program. Between 30-40 personnel will be deployed to execute the 2-D seismic over the verified roads and access points upon final approval from the Ministry of Environment on the Environmental Impact Assessment. All affected landowners, community, and commune authorities have been contacted for permission.

In early 2025, the Company undertook several clean water and sanitation projects for vulnerable families identified by commune authorities, continuing social and community-driven projects supported by Angkor and EnerCam since 2010.
