A.C.L. Construction Ltd. Renews Road Maintenance Supervision Agreement with BC Ministry of Transportation

FORT ST. JOHN, British Columbia — June 11, 2026 — Leads & Copy — A.C.L. Construction Ltd. has announced the annual renewal of its supervision services agreement with the British Columbia Ministry of Transportation and Transit (MOTT). The agreement, originally signed in July 2025, provides MOTT with direct access to A.C.L.'s supervision capabilities for road maintenance projects as they arise throughout the season. This pre-qualified standing arrangement eliminates the need for separate procurement processes for each assignment, positioning A.C.L. for consistent, repeatable work with a public sector client.

Under the renewed agreement, A.C.L. will continue to oversee road maintenance activities in the Peace Region. These tasks include ditching, culvert replacements, and gravel and rip rap hauling, all of which are crucial for maintaining the safety and reliability of the area's transportation network.

The agreement does not stipulate a fixed value or minimum commitment. However, it ensures ongoing access to seasonal supervision work, typically conducted between June and the end of September. The volume of work is contingent on provincial budgets and the number of projects scheduled under the MOTT program.
