Grid Battery Metals Announces AGM Results and Officer Appointments
July 9, 2025 — NewsWall — Grid Battery Metals Inc. (TSXV: CELL, OTCQB: EVKRF FRA: NMK2) announced the results of its 2025 Annual General Meeting, held on Wednesday, July 9, 2025, where all resolutions were approved by shareholders with over 99.86% voting in favor.
The re-elected Directors are Tim Fernback, Robert Setter, Ali Alizadeh, and Solange Khan. SHIM & Associates LLP was appointed as the company’s auditors, and the amendment to the Company’s 20% fixed Stock Option Plan was approved.
The Board of Directors appointed the following officers: Tim Fernback as President & CEO, Robert Guanzon as Chief Financial Officer, and Tina Whyte as Corporate Secretary. Tim Fernback, Ali Alizadeh, and Solange Khan were appointed to the Audit Committee.
