Mogul Mountain Ventures Enhances Investor Relations and Market-Making Services

Vancouver, British Columbia — September 4, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Mogul Mountain Ventures Corporation, formerly Panorama Capital Corp., announced today it has entered into agreements with Kin Communications Inc. and Market One Media Group Inc. to enhance its investor relations, communications, and marketing efforts. Additionally, the company has retained Integral Wealth Securities Limited to provide market-making services, aiming to support Mogul's capital markets strategy following its common shares' commencement of trading on the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV) on September 1, 2026. These engagements are pending acceptance by the TSXV.

Kin Communications will provide investor relations and corporate communications services, including outreach to investors and brokers, shareholder communication, and the development of investor materials. The agreement stipulates a monthly fee of C$15,000 plus applicable taxes, with an initial term of 12 months, continuing on a month-to-month basis thereafter. Subject to TSXV acceptance and the company's equity incentive plan, Kin will also be granted 300,000 stock options, exercisable at C$0.35 per common share for five years, vesting over 12 months.

Market One Media Group will implement a 12-month investor marketing and media program designed to increase awareness among Canadian investors. This program will feature investor-focused video and editorial content, including a Market One Minute interview, two investor update video articles, a corporate video, digital advertising, and social media distribution. Market One will receive an upfront cash fee of C$59,500 plus applicable taxes for this program, with no performance factors or securities compensation involved.

Integral Wealth Securities Limited has been retained to provide market-making services to maintain a reasonable market and improve the liquidity of Mogul's common shares, in accordance with TSXV policies. Mogul will pay Integral a monthly cash fee of C$6,000 plus applicable taxes for these services. There are no performance factors or securities compensation in this agreement, though Integral and its clients may acquire a direct interest in the company's securities. The agreement has a minimum term of three months, after which it will continue on a month-to-month basis with 30 days' prior written notice for termination by either party. Integral, a member of the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO), will provide the capital and securities required for its market-making activities.
