Element79 Gold Corp. and Synergy Metals Corp. Announce Filing of Listing Statement and Technical Report for Proposed Transactions
VANCOUVER, BC - August 21, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Element79 Gold Corp. and Synergy Metals Corp. announced that Synergy has filed a listing statement dated August 20, 2026, in connection with Element79’s proposed arrangement transaction and Synergy’s proposed merger transaction with 1425957 B.C. Ltd. These transactions are expected to close later this month, subject to customary conditions.
Upon closing, Synergy's common shares are expected to be listed on the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE). Element79 received securityholder approval for the arrangement on July 3, 2026, and was granted a final order from the Supreme Court of British Columbia on July 10, 2026.
