Tiger Financial Services Expands Payment Technology Footprint in Vietnam with Significant Repeat Order
Vancouver, BC and San Juan, Puerto Rico — September 29, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Tiger Financial Services Inc. (CSE:BANQ) announced a significant expansion of its payment technology footprint in Vietnam through a repeat order from a commercial partner for an additional 1,000 point of sale devices. This order validates the company's distribution model and strengthens its position in one of Southeast Asia's rapidly growing digital payments markets.
The expanded deployment reflects the growing relationship between Tiger and its commercial partners, leveraging established financial institution collaborations to increase the reach of its payment infrastructure among merchants and businesses. As Vietnam continues its transition towards digital and cashless payments, Tiger aims to enhance its installed base and participate in the long-term growth of the country's payment ecosystem.
Ben Aissa, CEO of Tiger Financial, highlighted the importance of the repeat order as a clear validation of the company's technology performance. "A repeat order is the clearest validation a technology company can receive," Aissa stated. "Our commercial partner has seen Tiger’s payment technology perform in the field, and they are now putting it in front of more of their merchants. This is exactly how our model is designed to work: to scale through licensed financial institutions that already own the merchant relationship, which allows us to grow quickly and efficiently while strengthening our position in one of Southeast Asia’s fastest growing digital payments markets."
Aissa further noted that the market dynamics in Vietnam bear similarities to the company's previous experience in Qatar, where it built QPAY International into a leading fintech company before its acquisition. This experience is being applied to Tiger's Vietnam strategy, utilizing an enhanced technology platform and targeting a broader market. The company intends to pursue further deployments across thousands of merchant locations as demand builds, driven by Vietnam's shift to cashless payments across various merchant categories.
In addition to its operational developments, Tiger announced the granting of an aggregate of 200,000 stock options to certain advisors. These options have an exercise price of $0.65 per share and a five-year expiry. Vesting schedules are staggered, with one-third of 150,000 options vesting over three years and one-half of 50,000 options vesting over two years.
