Synbio International Forms Strategic Partnership with MD PHD Wellness to Launch Nutraceutical Product Line

NEW YORK, NY – September 8, 2026 – Leads & Copy – Synbio International, Inc. (OTC: SYIN) announced today a strategic licensing, manufacturing, supply, and revenue-sharing agreement with MD PHD Wellness, Inc. The deal grants Synbio exclusive rights to commercialize MD PHD Wellness’ proprietary nutraceutical formulations across the United States and Canada. This partnership is expected to establish a long-term product pipeline, with the flagship anti-anxiety formulation to be marketed under Synbio’s Healing Force™ brand.

The agreement allows Synbio immediate access to scientifically developed nutraceutical products, bypassing the significant time and cost associated with in-house formulation development. This is anticipated to accelerate the company’s path to revenue generation. MD PHD Wellness will manage product development, manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply chain operations. Synbio will lead branding, marketing, sales, and distribution efforts. Post-recovery of approved manufacturing and commercialization costs, profits will be shared between the two companies.

“This agreement represents a transformational milestone for Synbio,” said Claudio Solitario, Chief Executive Officer of Synbio International. “Rather than building a nutraceutical business product by product, we have established a strategic partnership that combines MD PHD’s product development and manufacturing expertise with Synbio’s commercialization capabilities. It gives Synbio immediate access to proprietary products capable of generating near-term commercial revenue while establishing a framework to expand our wellness portfolio over time, allowing management to focus on creating the greatest shareholder value — building brands, generating sales and expanding market presence.”

Solitario further stated, “We believe this partnership creates an efficient and scalable business model. As the global nutraceutical market continues its rapid expansion, Synbio is now positioned to participate through a growing portfolio of scientifically developed products while simultaneously advancing our longer-term AI-driven healthcare technologies.”

MD PHD Wellness was founded by Dr. Robert Lawrence, a physician and scientist holding Ph.D. degrees in Nuclear Physics and Biomedical Engineering. His career encompasses medicine, biomedical engineering, microbiology, pharmacology, and nutraceutical development. He has created numerous nutraceutical products and holds research expertise in areas including cellular regeneration and natural product delivery systems.

Co-founder Dr. David Anderson, an experienced physician and researcher, played a crucial role in developing the proprietary formulations. He possesses extensive expertise in nutraceuticals and scientific claims substantiation. His prior roles include serving as a Research Physician and Senior Research Scientist at a New York-based university, where he was involved in evaluating and validating therapeutics, nutraceuticals, and emerging healthcare technologies. His work has involved collaborations with academic institutions, government agencies, and commercial organizations.

This agreement aligns with Synbio’s broader strategy to develop a diversified healthcare company. The company plans a dual-track approach, combining near-term revenue from commercial wellness products with longer-term value creation from its AI-driven mental health technologies. This strategy aims to provide multiple growth avenues and establish recurring commercial revenue to support ongoing investment in innovation.

Synbio International Inc. (SYIN) is focused on clinically validating an AI-driven software designed to screen for mental health conditions using facial analysis. The company aims to develop and validate science-based solutions that enhance quality of life and empower healthcare providers. To generate early revenue while its software advances through validation, Synbio plans to launch a line of nutraceutical products sold directly to consumers online in 2026.
