Gatekeeper Systems Upsizes Oregon Transit Project to US$1.75 Million, Revenue Recognition Expected in Q4

Abbotsford, BC – June 10, 2026 – Leads & Copy – Gatekeeper Systems Inc. announced today it has upsized and commenced a transit video and subscriptions project with a transit agency in Oregon. The company anticipates recognizing the majority of the project's revenue in the fourth fiscal quarter ending August 31, 2026.

The project, originally announced on June 12, 2025, has been expanded to accommodate enhanced system configuration and installation. Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) factory installation will now be performed on select transit buses by GILLIG, a prominent manufacturer of heavy-duty transit buses in the United States. Additionally, the Mobile Data Collectors for the project will now support up to 16 terabytes of video storage per transit vehicle.

The project aims to equip a complete fleet of transit vehicles with a comprehensive suite of video solutions. This includes subscriptions to Gatekeeper's AI-assisted video management offering, which provides video analytics and storage capabilities.

The value of the upsized project is approximately US$1.75 million, an increase from the initial US$1.4 million, equivalent to approximately C$2.44 million. The company expects the majority of this revenue to be recognized in its fourth fiscal quarter, which concludes on August 31, 2026.

Furthermore, the monthly recurring subscriptions associated with the project are now valued at over US$55,000 annually, up from US$50,000. This is for an initial contract term of five years, contributing approximately C$0.4 million in aggregate at current exchange rates.
