StickIt Technologies Appoints New CEO and Directors
VANCOUVER, BC – July 10, 2026 – Leads & Copy – StickIt Technologies Inc. has appointed Dr. Adi Zuloff-Shani as Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. The company also announced the appointments of Mr. Gabriel Kabazo and Mr. Nir Eliyahu to its Board of Directors as independent, non-executive directors. Mr. Kabazo will also chair the Company’s Audit Committee.
Dr. Zuloff-Shani's leadership is expected to drive operational excellence and sustainable growth, leveraging his extensive executive experience in global markets. The appointments of Mr. Kabazo and Mr. Eliyahu are anticipated to enhance the company's intellectual property portfolio through their deep expertise in finance.
Stickit's core assets include patents and pending applications covering plant extracts, therapeutic compounds in smoking utensils, and honey complexes. The company holds granted patents in the United States, Europe, Israel, and Canada. Their proprietary product, the Extra-C stick, is developed through a unique process that condenses cannabis oil into a toothpick-like matrix. This innovation allows for the conversion of regular cigarettes into cannabis or hemp cigarettes.
The company's research, development, and manufacturing operations are based at its facilities in Dalton, Northern Israel. Stickit's business model involves establishing joint ventures in countries where recreational cannabis is legal. These joint ventures will set up local production facilities where partners will integrate cannabis content into sticks produced and supplied by Stickit.
Under these joint venture agreements, StickIt is expected to provide the necessary know-how for manufacturing the finished product. Licensees will produce the final product, incorporating cannabis into raw materials supplied by Stickit, and will manage sales through direct points of sale or distributors. Licensees are required to pay a setup fee to establish their local production facilities and will receive exclusive rights to produce and market Stickit products within their designated territories.
