GOAT Industries Appoints Horizon Assurance as New Auditor

Vancouver, British Columbia — April 20, 2026 — Leads & Copy — GOAT Industries Ltd. has appointed Horizon Assurance LLP as its new auditor, effective April 10, 2026.

The appointment of Horizon as the successor auditor has been approved by the Company’s audit committee and board of directors.

GOAT Industries (CSE: GOAT) (OTC: BGTTF) (FWB: 26B.F) made the announcement. WDM Chartered Professional Accountants resigned as the auditor of the Company effective April 6, 2026, as previously announced on April 9, 2026. The Company subsequently undertook a process to identify a successor auditor and has now completed that process with the appointment of Horizon.

In accordance with applicable Canadian securities laws, the Company has filed a Notice of Change of Auditor, together with the required letters from WDM and Horizon, under its profile on SEDAR+ at www.sedarplus.ca.
