REV Exploration to Double Size of JMW Gold Property Through Acquisition

VANCOUVER, British Columbia — October 2, 2025 — Leads & Copy — REV Exploration Corp. (TSXV: REVX) announced it has entered a Definitive Agreement to acquire 41 mining claims, effectively doubling the size of REV’s JMW Gold Property in northern Quebec’s Chibougamau Camp to approximately 40 sq. km. The claims are being acquired from an arms-length private Quebec-based company.

According to the Agreement, REV will provide a $35,000 cash payment to the Vendor on closing, issue $40,000 worth of common shares to the Vendor on closing, and grant a 1.0% NSR in favor of the Vendor, with a 0.5% NSR buyback (half of the NSR) at REV’s option for $750,000.

REV CEO Jordan Potts stated the company is impressed with the potential of JMW, calling it an advanced prospect with more than 30 diamond drill holes completed historically with apparent gold enrichment inside a 6km long felsic complex along the under-explored Caopatina Formation sediment contact. Potts added that the Chibougamau Camp is currently very active, highlighted by the success of Iamgold with deposits located on trend to the east.

The transaction is subject to the receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals, including the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. All shares issued in connection with the transaction will be subject to the standard statutory hold period under applicable securities laws, and no finder’s fees are payable in connection with the transaction.

REV is a mineral exploration company that owns a suite of gold and battery metal properties in Quebec highlighted by JMW and Maxwell in the Chapais-Chibougamau area, while the Company also has strong exposure to the Natural Hydrogen sector in Alberta and Saskatchewan.
