Karus Mining Inc. Appoints Michael Tucker as Director

VANCOUVER, BC — December 11, 2025 — Leads & Copy — Karus Mining Inc. announced that Michael Tucker was elected as a director of the company at its Annual General and Special Meeting held on December 5, 2025.

Tony Cina, Chairman of the Board, stated that Tucker has added great value as an advisor. CEO Jason Bahnsen added that Tucker’s technical insight and familiarity with projects will strengthen the company’s exploration strategy and growth phase.

Tucker has a Geology Bachelor's degree from Laurentian University and a Masters of Geological Sciences from the University of British Columbia, with over ten years of field exploration experience. He was also previously Exploration Manager for Balmoral Resources.

Mr. Tucker previously served as the VP Exploration at Karus and as Technical Advisor.
