Synergy Metals Corp. Launches Phase 1 Exploration Program at Dale Property, Engages ClickCatalyst for Market Awareness
Vancouver, British Columbia — September 3, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Synergy Metals Corp. is initiating its Phase 1 exploration program at the Dale Property in Ontario, marking the company's first exploration efforts as a public entity. The program aims to systematically explore the property, which has shown surface gold mineralization but has never been drilled.
The Phase 1 program, detailed in an independent technical report by SGS Geological Services, is budgeted at approximately $157,493, including a 15% contingency, and is expected to take about six weeks to complete. Synergy is currently soliciting bids from contractors and service providers for several key areas of work.
These scopes include data compilation by geologists to review historical exploration data, particularly government geochemical surveys; a large-scale soil geochemistry program involving approximately 1,000 samples to identify anomalous gold areas; a high-resolution LiDAR survey for topographic and structural data; and trenching and channel sampling to expose and test targets identified by soil surveys and historical induced polarization (IP) surveys.
Additionally, the company requires analytical services for approximately 1,000 soil samples and 100 rock samples, as well as field support including geotechnicians, camp accommodation, catering, vehicle rentals, and field supplies. Interested parties are invited to contact the company at CEO@synergymetalscorp.com.
Results from the soil sampling will be analyzed to pinpoint broader gold trends and potential gold-bearing structures, guiding subsequent trenching efforts. Phase 2, which is dependent on Phase 1 findings, is planned to include 1,500 metres of diamond drilling to test the structures identified.
The Dale Property, located in the Swayze greenstone belt, has demonstrated encouraging early-stage results. These include a 2020 grab sample assaying 3.82 g/t gold, follow-up sampling on the same structure returning up to 1.57 g/t gold over approximately 10 metres, and a 2021 trenching program high of 2.6 g/t gold. A test grid of soil samples returned a high of 54 ppb gold, indicating the effectiveness of soil sampling on the property.
Further supporting evidence includes a regional Ontario Geological Survey gold-grain-in-till program identifying a sample with 42 gold grains within the property boundary. Three historical reconnaissance IP surveys revealed areas of elevated chargeability not explained by mapped geology, and a drone magnetic survey outlined prospective northeast-trending structures. The property's geological setting, within the Swayze greenstone belt and hosting the Dale Stock, presents favourable conditions, with the granodiorite–volcanic contact identified as a high-priority target area.
“Dale has been telling us something for years — gold at surface, gold in till, chargeability that surface geology alone doesn’t explain, and structures that keep pointing in the same direction,” said Michael Smith, Chief Executive Officer of Synergy Metals Corp. “What it has never had is a systematic, properly funded, modern exploration program to pull those signals together into drill targets. That is exactly what Phase 1 is built to do, and putting contracts out to tender is how we turn a recommended program into boots on the ground.”
In addition to exploration activities, Synergy Metals Corp. has engaged ClickCatalyst Inc. to provide market awareness services. ClickCatalyst will produce and distribute a sponsored article and an associated editorial campaign over a 30-day period, aimed at increasing public awareness of the company. The campaign will be conducted through ClickCatalyst's online publication, www.CapitalRankings.com. ClickCatalyst has received $100,000 plus applicable taxes for this service. ClickCatalyst is arm’s length to Synergy Metals Corp. and has independently purchased shares and warrants of the company as a long-term investment.
Scientific and technical information in this news release has been reviewed by Sarah Dean, [P.Geo], a qualified person as defined by National Instrument 43-101. The company cautions that grab and channel samples are selective and not necessarily representative of mineralization. Historical results have not been independently verified by the company beyond the technical report, and there has been no production, drilling, or mineral resource or reserve estimates for the Dale Property to date. The completion of the Phase 1 program is subject to financing, contractor availability, permitting, weather, and seasonal access.
