The consolidation plan has received approval from the company's board of directors, as permitted by the company's articles. However, the plan is still pending approval from the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE). The company confirmed that its name will remain unchanged following the consolidation. Leocor Mining Inc. was formerly known as Leocor Gold Inc.
