Saba Energy Ltd. Closes $200,000 Private Placement
Calgary, Alberta — July 30, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Saba Energy Ltd. has successfully closed a non-brokered private placement, raising $200,000 through the issuance of 4,000,000 units at $0.05 per unit. The offering is subject to regulatory approvals, including those from the TSX Venture Exchange.
Each unit comprises one common share and one common share purchase warrant. The warrants allow holders to acquire an additional common share at an exercise price of $0.075 for two years from the issuance date. These warrants include an acceleration clause: if the volume-weighted average trading price of Saba Energy's common shares on the TSX Venture Exchange reaches at least $0.20 for 15 consecutive trading days, the company can accelerate the warrants' expiry date by providing at least 15 days' notice via press release.
The company did not pay any finder's fees for the offering, nor did it create a new Control Person as defined by TSX Venture Exchange policies. Both the common shares and warrants issued are subject to a hold period that expires four months and one day after their respective issue dates.
Proceeds from the offering will be allocated to general working capital. Saba Energy Ltd. is listed on the TSXV under the symbol "SABA" and possesses oil and natural gas assets in Northeastern British Columbia and Alberta.
