First Tellurium Corp. Secures Over C$636,000 from Warrant Exercises to Fund Technology Development

Vancouver, BC, Canada — October 23, 2026 — Leads & Copy — First Tellurium Corp. (CSE: FTEL, OTC: FSTTF) has raised approximately C$636,707 through the exercise of 4,244,716 common share purchase warrants, which expired on October 22, 2026. The warrants were exercised at a price of $0.15 per share. These funds will bolster the company's working capital to advance its near-term technology development initiatives, primarily through its subsidiary, PyroDelta Energy.

PyroDelta is focused on developing proprietary heavy-lift drone technology and thermoelectric technologies aimed at converting waste heat into usable electricity. The additional capital will support these efforts, moving the technologies closer to commercialization.

“These additional funds strengthen our treasury and provide greater flexibility as we continue advancing our development programs,” said First Tellurium President and CEO Tyrone Docherty. “We're particularly encouraged by the progress at PyroDelta, where we see substantial commercial opportunities for both the heavy-lift drones and thermoelectric technologies. The proceeds from these warrant exercises will help support our efforts to move these technologies toward commercialization.”

Docherty and his family collectively exercised 1,895,000 warrants, representing a significant personal investment of $284,250. Docherty stated, “My family and I have invested additional capital because we believe strongly in the Company's direction and long-term potential. We're committed to seeing these technologies developed into successful commercial products that generate revenue and build shareholder value.”

The heavy-lift drone being developed by PyroDelta is designed with a target payload capacity of up to 300 pounds for two hours or 150 pounds for four hours. Potential applications for this technology are identified in military and commercial logistics, emergency response, and search and rescue operations, among other sectors requiring heavy-lift unmanned aircraft. These payload and endurance specifications are development targets pending operational validation.

In parallel with its drone development, PyroDelta is progressing its thermoelectric technologies, which are being explored for applications in industrial waste-heat recovery and energy generation.

First Tellurium's business model involves generating revenue and value through the development of tellurium-based technologies, alongside mineral discovery, project development, and project generation. The Company is listed on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the symbol “FTEL” and on the OTC under the symbol “FSTTF”.
