Bronco Resources Corp. Announces Change of Auditor

July 10, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Bronco Resources Corp. has announced a change in its auditor. Smythe LLP, the company's former auditor, resigned effective July 10, 2026, at the request of Bronco Resources Corp. The company's audit committee and board of directors have appointed DMCL LLP as the successor auditor until the close of the next annual general meeting.

The company has officially notified the former and successor auditors of the change. Both auditors have provided letters addressed to the securities commissions in Alberta, British Columbia, and Ontario, confirming their agreement with the information contained in the Notice of Change of Auditor. The company believes there have been no reportable events, as defined by National Instrument 51-102 – Continuous Disclosure Obligations, between Bronco Resources Corp. and Smythe LLP. The former auditor did not issue a modified opinion in their report for the fiscal years ending July 31, 2025, and July 31, 2024.
